I would say QA/QC field is good. You should work as a QA/QC Engineer. you should be looking for relevant jobs according to your Education.

You can do masters in Automobile side. What I want to say is if you've already taken the gate exam it would be easy to pursue that course in IITS/NITS. if you haven't there are so many private engineering colleges are providing that course but it cost so
