Maximum Marks vary every year like below:

2016- 372
2015 - 504
2014 - 360

Please specify your category and state becauase both DTU and NSIT have category and Delhi state reservation .

To get Mechanical branch in DTU & NSIT under outside Delhi General category, marks should be between 200-220 in JEE Main.

First appear in CAT entrance exam and try to score a good percentile. Academic records matters but if you have good score in CAT and have extra curricular activities then you will definitely get the chance.

how many marks are needed in JEE MAINS to take admission in IIIT Hyderabad in Mechanical engineering and in EC engineering.

IIIT Hyderabad does not provide mechanical branch.

For ECE branch you should score more than 230 marks in JEE Main in general category.

DTU takes admission through JEE Main rank. DTU has reservation for delhi students . for general category (Delhi region) students cut off will be like:

CSE & IT- 7K-8K rank (marks should be around 180-200)
ECE- 14K-15K rank (marks should be around 170)
