Don't go for PG or any diploma course because first there is no such course and second that will be waste of time.You you want simple programming language and about it basics then simply join any well reputed computer class in your city and enroll in a C,C++ course.

The Eligibility Criteria for admission in Part Time BE Mechanical Engineering at LD College of Engineering, Ahmedabad requires a candidate to have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any Recognized Board with the subjects PCM.
This course is not for Diploma Graduates.

Yes it is necessary for you to take Maths and pass it with minimum marks to get admission in SRCC for both B.Com and BA degrees. The only criteria is to have Maths either as a main Subject or optional but it has to be there in the list.
