With a percentile of 76 I don't hope you will be able to clear the general cutoff percentile,
Also with this percentile you will be not getting any NITs if you are in  general category.

Try to score better in JEE Main April session.

You can apply and appear for GRE (Graduate record examination) which is the entrance examination in order to get admission in foreign Universities for M.Tech.
