Sorry to inform you,but commerce students cannot apply for Engineering course.For this you have to complete your 12th with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects only then you can apply for engineering.But there are many other courses you can apply after 12th commerce.

You can change college after 1st year for engineering degree. But you will not be able to change your branch to CSE. If you want to do that than you'll have to give JEE mains again and start from the very 1st year itself. Many students have done
