I got 76 percentile in jeemains exam this year. can i get admission in nit agartala? I like to get admission in cse or mechanical?physics - 91 , chem - 76 , math - 41 ... what do u think? do I repeat for April session again?

With a percentile of 76 I don't hope you will be able to clear the general cutoff percentile,
Also with this percentile you will be not getting any NITs if you are in general category.
Try to score better in JEE Main April session.

Yours total marks looks quiet well. But your 76 percentile is not enough. Due to this percentile you may not even be able to qualify for jee advanced. You will not get any of NITs with this percentile. you may get NIT-A only if your score is more than 97 percentile any how.
So, focus on upcoming session of jee mains and score higher
