hello aspirant,

the minimum eligibility criteria for admission as lateral entry in coimbatore institute of technology is you need to secure atleast 50% marks in diploma to become eligible. however it never disclosed by the college the cutoff percentage, getting marks above 70% will be on safe side.

If you want Core jobs then you have to concentrate on CAD/CAM, Solid works, Ansys, etc softwares To get software jobs you should have coding knowledge on C, C++, Java, Python, Oracle etc languages.
