Dear Narendra, CAT is the entrance examination for admission to 20 IIMs and more than 1000 participating Institutions. There is no upper age limit for CAT but you should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in your Bachelor's degree. It is 50% for General Category and 40% for Reserved Categories.

Transfer of college is possible but you need to have enough and valid reasons to get transferred to other College ans also that college should have vacancy. There will be many formalities in between. You need to check the vacancy and finish the formalities so talk to the college
