I am extremely sorry to tell you but with engineering degree you are not eligible for m.sc in Environmental science as to be eligible for that the criteria is that candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Basic or Applied Sciences under 10+2+3 education

It's upto you like what you want to do. I mean you took 4 years gap after graduation then it would have been for some reason right?

Anyways coming back to the topic, you can apply for jobs and then you've to be super brilliant in order to impress them

You ca do btech from some private college but you cannot do it from NIT or IIT. Your time for appearing in JEE mains or advanced is gone. However, if you're interested in engineering you can look up for some private colleges like:

Amity
Galgotias,
KIET, Delhi

there is no academic courses offers by isro. some times if you have reference you may work as an trainee for 2-3 months. you can also join isro by clearing isro recruitment exam as an scientist b position.
