Mechanical Engineering
Hello Venkatsham,
In the process of counseling, if you opt for the choice of slide or float, you need not visit the reporting centre. However, if you opt to freeze the seat, you should visit the concerned institution for it. Hope that helps.
All the best.
Yes dear it is a newly established government college in 2016.Still it is having all the facilities that a student requires. The faculty members are highly qualified. The infrastructure of this college is also very good and the fests are organised annualy. So,you can get a good exposure in this college. As it is a newly established college so placements are not that good and you will have to try harder to get one of them.It is becoming better and better each year. So,if you are not having other good options with old govt. college having better alumni network, you can start your Btech. in this college.
Thanks.
Dear I can't say anything about free seat as the top rankers will get that opportunity. But based on your rank you will surely get the college and branch you want i.e. VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering. So,you will definitely get manufacturing specialisation under this rank. You can contact VNR as per the details:

All the best.Feel free to ask.
Hi Anshu,
See i think you should undersand the fact that the figure of 261 consist of various branches combined. And there won't be more than 15-20 seats vacant in each branch. And some might have no seat vacant too. Your rank is decent and you should get a seat but the branch you will get depends on the seat matrix of that branch. Still go for it as it is worth the try.
Good Luck !!

Hello
Prefer branch over college since after graduating you might get fed up due to the branch you are in which you dont even like so go for mechanical in BIT sundari but always follow your passion even if it is CSE.
You can choose Mechanical at BIT sundari then choose off campus placement plus you get that BIT tag.
Hope it helps.
Hii aspirants
In every college there is branch sliding process available after first year if there is vacant seat left in respective branch.
For this you have to get high cgpa i.e above 8 in your 1st year.but as far as i know branch sliding didnot take place in andra university.at starting college say that branch sliding will be done but actually its a rumour.
I hope my answer will helo you out
Good luck
Hi there
ITM Vocational University, mechanical engineering:
The college has tie-ups with leading companies and industries like Siemens and L&T. The placement programme of previous batch was good. The college also provides placement counselling, and the placement officer is very supportive. But you need to work hard for good placements in mechanical branch. Overall, placements are satisfactory.
The faculty members of the college are well-educated and qualified. All of them are talented and support students as much as they can. They help students in the project or any subject related matters. Every faculty have their own teaching style. Regarding faculty, all of them are the best.
Mechanical engineering in this university is not bad at all.
Hope this helps. Good luck!
