Can you specify the college in which you want to get admission in CSE or Mechanical branch. there are many Goverment & Private colleges which consider GPTU rank for admission. the Cut-off marks are different for different-different Category.

It depends on your category. Let’s talk about the toughest situation if you are from general category then below 500,it would be safe. With your marks it seems pretty difficult to get CSE. 

You can get Mechanical but that will also be like 60-40 chance.

 According to last year Cutoff, there is fair chance of you for the selection in Mtech mechanical with the specialization in CAD, The cut off of these are changes every year so you should fill these with other specialzation also.
