considering your rank and previous year's statistics, its almost impossible for you to get mechanical engineering in PES college. Keep searching for other colleges. However wait for counseling process, it can be really unpredictable at times.

On the basis of your rank and category, you can get into MIT Pune, Symbiosis Institute of technology, Singhad Institute of Technology.
Getting the mechanical branch in these colleges is a little difficult for you. Still, you should fill them all in the choice filling.

A normalised score of 70+ is enough to get a good stream in sastra university , as per the previous year cutoffs. But mechanical engineering is the most preferred course at sastra university and the cutoffd for this increase every year , so if this year ,the cutoffs
