I am so sorry to be the bearer of bad news but at this rank it is almost impossible to get a seat in any of the NITs and IIITs in not just CSE, Mechanical or Electrical but perhaps even the lowest branches like metallurgy and mining. Hence I suggest
According to me i would have chosen hbtu Kanpur with Computer science as the scope for Computer science and engineering is increasing day by day. Rest according to you , you have got iiit jabalpur too. But go for it if and only if you are interested and if not,

According to the analysis made with respect to your keam result and the pass percentile, it comes out that you have fairly lesser chances if your caste is other than sc. Otherwise you have good chances to obtain a seat in any of the department in rajagiri college.
Direct 2nd year admission will only for the lateral entry. If you have done diploma or polytechnic and then wish to do b. Tech then you will get admission directly in the second year. You have to give exams like jelet examination
