Bharateesh, it seems very difficult for you to get Mechanical Engineering in DSCE. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs. The branch closes off at 8k.
But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty

Both the colleges are good for studying engineering but at present comparitively CSE has more scope and placement, even mechanical to has bt comparitively CSE students get job earlier.

Among the options you are giving Indore mechanical is best one next to it is agriculture from IIT Kharagpur.
Iit will surely provide you a Tag of""IIT"" but it is not that much helpful with these branches. You should go for mechanical .. Moreover your interest also matters
