Yes, you can get mechanical in VIT AMRAVATI with this rank. Vit Amravati is not as good as VIT VELLORE and CHENNAI branches are. The placements of this college is also not upto the mark. 

I would suggest you to look for other colleges or drop this year

If your score are between 110 to 120 you can easily get mechanical engineering in Manipal  main campus or other, whatever you choose to go with. As previous cutoff of ranks are your chances are good for mechanical engineering at Manipal ,you can easily get admission in Jaipur
