It is really difficult to get into a college at this rank in JoSAA counselling rounds. According to the previous year's trend, you can not get an NIT. However, you must sit for the CSAB counselling. There you have a high chance of getting a college.

You have secured a very good score in WBJEE. At the time of counselling your category rank will not be considered, your gmr rank will be considered.  With this rank considering your category it will be difficult for you to get EE, ME, ECE, civil in Jadavpur University.

So, with regard of you're query. Admission to any of the elite NITs requires a minimum 98+ percentile. But this is only for generic categories. While candidates from the reserved category must receive a 95+ NTA percentile to be admitted to the best NITs.
