If you are from Delhi then you can get in DTU or NSIT but if you are outside delhi student then there are very less chance.
I will suggest you to take admission in Thapar and also participate in counselling for DTU or NSIT but you can't get ECE or

You should have applied for PSUs .If not  then still there a few PSUs like CEL and RITES whose applications are open.You may apply there.You should apply for those PSUs which are taking their own entrance examination.

If you have not been able to apply for NEET 2019, you cannot give the exam scheduled for this year.

Hii.your percentile is bit less.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting admission to the NIT Durgapur for the preferred branch that is mechanical but you might have to wait for some rounds.
And it will get you from the home state qouta.

As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting NIT Surat for mechanical engineering but you might have to wait for some rounds as cutoffs may high during the initial rounds.
You can also apply for other NITs

See the situation is that you are with a percentile of 91.87 acheiving a rank of 70,000 approx.

The previous year cutoff for HBTU in electronics branch for OBC candidates was 35,000
