Will normalisation benefit gate 2019 mechanical set 2 ?

Normalisation effect will be not more than 10 marks .
Means if you set have tougher than 10 marks will be increases or if your set is easier than your 10 marks will be deducted.

Depending upon the set complexity examine authority will take decision .

Though the cutoff changes every year depending on various factors but according to previous years cutoff trends your chances are high to get admission into NITIE Mumbai. The expected cutoff this year for OBC- NCL is around 550+.

Hey Mahidar.

See u are from the core stream and the most crowdiest branch in the engineering discipline. So the marks u have got is enough to get u through the qualifying marks.

Since the paper was easy so the cut off marks may fluctuate high but as per the

There are less chances of getting  psu unless you have any reservations  , but you can get a good IIT seat with your rank with a good mtech in a good branch so you better try for it,  so you will have a good future

See the marks u have scored is not enough for to take admission in the top notch colleges like IITs and some of the NITs but it is enough for some of the NITs under ur OBC category. U can also apply for other state colleges and private

Hello aspirant, 

Sorry to say that there is no chances to get a seat in one of the NITs.But you may have chances with any university with this score based on previous year trends.For getting seat at NITs, you have to score around 70 marks out of 100.
