There is MTech in mechanical engineering branch in JNU. To get admission in JNU mtech you need to give JNU CEE which will be conducted by NTA in May.
but I will suggest you to prepare for GATE and try your best to get IIT/NITs it will help

Gate cutoff for JNTU, Hydrabad varies every year. Though for Mechanical Branch applicants the cutoff goes anyway around 5000-5500 for Open Category. It is highlly advised to stay alert for notifications from the university as there would be plenty of aspirants.

GATE exam is conducted every year in the months of January end or February. Every year in general around 2 lakh candidates appear for the GATE Mechanical enginering exam alone . Therefore the competition is very high in this exam . Last year , the cut off

As you have scored 632 marks in gate 2019 in mechanical stream, you have a good chance to do M. TECH programmes in IIT Gandhinagar as the gate cutoff of previous year is 400 in general category(in mechanical stream) .
