Yes you have high chances to get more NITs and IIITs and some other GFTIs in mechanical branch even though you are from an other state

Congratulations for your great marks.
You have high chances to get in DTU, Delhi by your marks and you will be easily get admission in mechanical  branch.
But you need to apply carefully during counselling time because many students loose their chances there itself because of confusion.
