How is the placement in dtu for mtech mechanical?

Has placements better than all nits except nit trichy .For Mechanical I have heard placements are somewhat good similar to new IITS like iit Gandhinagar and iitbbs.

It's preferred join dtu for mtech , along with gate preparation (top coaching centres available) crack gate to get top iits or psu.

first of all know the entire syllabus
start of your preparation early.
know the exam pattern
know the weightage of each topic to be sure about the preferance to be given.
make your study plan before starting to study
use proper study materials , books
make notes

As per last year cutoff it's tough for u to get into nit for mechanical but there is a chance ffr u to get into central government funded technical institutes anyway try for nit nagalaNa, nit Srinagar, nit Tripura , nit Mizoram , nit Sikkim, nit manipur
