You will surely get seat in NIT because of your ST quota.You should check the cutoffs for previous years.I personally suggest you to go for NIT kuruk,IIIt allahabad,NIT warangal (if you are lucky).If you have further queries you are free to message me.

There are chances but they seem to be very less for you to get the mechanical branch in VNR college. Rest, you can attend the 2nd round of counseling and see whether you are getting the college or not. Sreenidhi institute is also very good, if you are getting the

Well if you have written your rank in the question it would have been easier.This year the cutoffs are low so things might get easier.The chances of getting any good or even average NIT are very unlikely.You can try till the SPOT round .If you are lucky you might get

It depends on the number of seats left in the college and number of students left with low rank. You have both chances. I would suggest you to try for it.
