As per your sxores, we predicted ranks of 53000 to 55000 range.

Hnece getting NIT for Mechanical engineering is low.

However you can get all other branches at following NIts like Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Silchar, Sikkim, Sringar, Nagaland.

You can akso get Assam University as GFTI.

Rajib Sarkar 22nd Jun, 2018

I assume you are talking about JEE Advanced. Of course you will get civil or mechanical engineering in some good IITs. It is good to hear that you are clear about your branch. Furthermore, you have scored decent and also you will get the huge advantage of SC category.

Regards.

Cut off for mains decreases whether implies that the cutoff for the branches in nits increases esspeciaallly civil or mechanical.

nimi sha 11th Jun, 2018
Cut off is only the minimum marks required to clear the exam.
While the cut off for NITs depends on your ranks directly. There are opening and closing ranks and no marks are involved separately.
