We cannot say that this particular rank shall be the cutoff rank as the eamcet cut offs are highly volatile and dependent on the no of telugu students getting into the iits and nits.last year the no of students into nits was less so the cutoff ranks decreased drastically.

You can opt for doing ITI in Diesel branch from government ITIs.Also you could do some polytechnique degree.
