You have to take CAT/XAT or GMAT and with work ex cut off is 80 percetile. There is no direct admission and is purely on merit basis.

B.Tech in mechatronics is available in SRM Kattankulathur but it is not there in VIT. You can also check the courses available in both the universities by going through the below links -

There is not even a single Government college available in Delhi/NCR for M.Tech in Mechatronics only private universities like Amity, Galgotias, SGT are there.
