You may not get into one of the desired colleges as the cut-offs are much higher even in the consecutive lists. Sometimes it decreases only by 0.1% and getting to 89.5% from 98% at that rate is not easy. Also, you don't belong to any quota and the percentage will not be any lesser for you. But then you can get into other colleges in the North Campus. They are also good. Moreover, you get to be a part of all occassions and programmes in DU. It is one large group. You should take admission in any of the colleges you get even if it is average as it will help you in your career.
Hi Sanjana, it is nice to know that nowadays more and more people are getting drawn towards the Media Industry. Journalism is a wide field with a variety of scopes and subjects. One may specialise into multiple kinds of journalism. Conventially, we have always studied about the two different types of Journalism, that are, Print and Electronic Media. But with the increasing demand and better growing technology, Journalism is being practised into more than ten types of specialisation.
Lifestyle Journalism is a recently introduced subject. It is based upon the idea of covering the Entertainment part of the Media House. Lifestyle Journalism is further categorised into several other categories like, Travel Journalism, Food Journalism and many more. Idealistically, it is a very far-fetching career with lots of endeavours and dsiscoveries.
In India, this field is yet to be developed fully. It has not been recognized or included in most of the renowned Journalism or Mass Communication colleges. But other countries, especially Europe has specialised as well as integrated Master courses for Journalism. Some of them are:-
In India, one may pursue a Journalism degree in BA and then specialisation in Print Journalism. On the basis of your performance, you can choose to work with different travel agencies or Fashion Magazines as a content creator or writer.

Hi, the 5 year integrated programme in Journalism is a recently introduced course thus there are not many previous papers. You can check the DU official website for the last year's paper along with the answer key. However, the entrance exam isn't difficult to crack as it would be designed with the comparable standard of competitive exams at the national level for class 12th students. The entrance test will have questions on General knowledge, current affairs, analytical and comprehension skills. The entrance test will be MCQ based of total 400 marks having 100 questions of 4 marks each and 1 mark would be deducted for each wrong answer.
Good Luck
