How to prepare for entrance exam for makhanlala college....m a 12 passout

yash 18th May, 2019
Hai aditya nice to see you ask questions like this
Makhanalal Chaturvedi University is a state government university specialized for the study of journalism and communication. The applications for admission comes in the month of April-May. The entrance is held in the month of June. Basically, for every department's entrance exam there comes a separate paper and the content is also different. Mainly, for the communication subjects you need to get updated with the current affairs and day to day events of national and international importance. For taking admission in BJMC course of Makhanlal University, you mainly need to have an idea about the current affairs, general knowledge. Have a habit of reading newspapers and magazines and daily write 12 articles either feature or hard news. Developing the habit of writing will help a lot. Also practice translation activity in both English and Hindi. Practice comprehension part. General aptitude should also be practiced as there is also a section of aptitude. But most importantly, current affairs and writing should be kept in habit.

Mani gupta 28th May, 2019

Hi sreyasi

Yes you can go for. Ba mass journalism as i personally think it is a very practical field and. At time you can get knowledge about things like dslr as it is required in filming and the university also take students to live conferences and field work  where you will have to prove yourself as a journalist you will be given different projects regarding like  you will have to make an advertisement . I thinks its a good option and you should pursue if you are interested and you think you are capable of and can do practical work and if you are good at speaking .

You should fill different University forms

If looking for private University you can go for galgotias University greater noida as it offers BJMC and you surely will get admission into the college

Hello Sachin,

The cutoff is most likely to release by the first week of July. However, considering the previous year's record 25 marks for both General and OBC candidates seems to be the ideal score to get in.
