Whether you will get a seat or not it will depend on few factors. If you belong to GNDCD — Delhi Region Defence category you can be assure of getting a seat at your desired institute but if you are from GNGND — Delhi Region General it will

maximum cutoff for other state + general category after 3 round of counseling was around 2000 last year,  

So there are almost no.  Chance for you to get admission in any college of IPU.

Can you please specify the name of college to know the cutoff for mass communication/ media course.

Both the universities are good for you. 

But find that which will give you more chance to develop your self with good placement and good environment. some universities prefer for entrance exam according to your marks then you can get good schalorship for more benfits ;

JNTU-H is not ofering Journalism and mass communication courses at UG and PG level. So many affailated colleges of Osmania University are offering this course at UG level. Rachana, St.Joseph's, Roots collegium...etc are offering courses on Journalism as elective subject. OU, AU, UOH (MA-Communication), JNU, Indian Institute of mass communication..etc

Depends upon your interest and how you grasp and excel partiular fields. I completed my Mass Comm from NIMCJ and Advertisment and Print journalism is the specialization course in the last year.
