Just to add on to the answer stated below, Journalism and Mass Comm are more than just writing and communication. Even if your writing and speaking skills are average, you can pursue this course. The institutes do not require exceptional skills from their candidates.

First thing, fashion communication degree is not fashion designing. They co-relate with each other but are different. While fashion designing is more of designing and evolving new fashion trends, fashion communication is the skills to be able to use the tools of communication in fashion.

Most of these exams have a similar structure but the syllabus and pattern might differ.
The paper usually comprises of two parts in which:
Part1:- Tests your language skills.
Part2:- Tests your current affairs and general knowledge.

You have putten a good amount of thought while finalising your decision regarding education why are you doubtful that after a BA degree in Eng (hns) and then Masters in Journalism won't secure your future. You do not worry about your decision, you are just at that stage
