for admission through neet exams some factors works for allotting colleges is neet score, rank, 12th score, candidates category.

the scenario you have mentioned  may be happens for category wise seat separate cutoff allotment. the cutoff score for sc/  st / obc category is low compare to past years

Why you need example of such cases? If you got or feel like getting less marks in boards then you can be the one to score a great rank in NEET.
