Yes. All students studying in the Maharashtra University of health sciences have to sign a rural bond which states that you will have to serve 1 year at the hospital as a doctor, and this also includes rural posting. If you fail to do so, you have to pay Rs 10,00,000 (ten lakhs) to the government.

See as per your Marks-335 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.
You cannot get into any government medical college with this mark.
There is very less probability of getting a seat.
