Sister got 563+ in NEET (OBC).. will she get Nagpur government college or Grant Medical College, Mumbai (State quota) for MBBS?

Yes, with a score like this, you have a chance of getting into a government medical college, but getting a seat in Grant medical college or Nagpur government college is a little difficult, but not impossible of course.

But if we look at the previous years cut-offs, you fit in to the category of getting a sure shot seat elsewhere in the country.

As per as your score and previous year cuttoff score of Grant medical college,you seems to have less chance of getting grant medical cokkcol.You need 600+ for grant medical college and 540+ for other government medical colleges of Mumbai.I am providing you link of previous year cuttoff of various medical colleges of Mumbai:

What is the expected cut off of Grant Medical college, Mumbai (under ALQ) NEET 2019.

Here i am mentioning the expected cutoffs for grant medical college.

For general cateogry the marks are 544 and rank is 8800 and for obc category the marks are 503 and rank is 20000.This was for 70% regional students. For 30% state students ,for general category the marks are 600 and rank is 1200 , and for obc the marks are 567 and rank is 4700.

You have not mentioned your category any where ,so i assume it to be general.
If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in kj somaya medical college are mild.in 2017 the last cutoff rank admitted was 27722.

As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so if you belong to OBC category and if you are applying under 85% State quota seats then you should score above 490 marks and if you are applying under 15% all India quota seats then you should score above 540 marks to secure a seat in government medical College in mumbai.i hope this information helps you.

The cut off for the previous year for grant medical college, Mumbai are as follow for general category:-

for state quota

70% regional- 544

30% state- 603

for all india quota: 607
