Yes definitely you have good chances of getting admission in MBBS course in a good private medical college. Also you might not need to apply for management quota seats as you will be getting a seat based on your marks.

Dear aspirant, as per the previous cutoff of ICAR 2018 for general category students is general is nearly 50% of the total marks.so hardly there are any chances of getting college that accepts ICAR score.As per my opinion i would suggest you to take admission in some good private colleges

The fee fixed for management quota seats is Rs 12.50 lakh at all self-financing medical colleges except Perundurai Medical College where the annual tuition fee for management quota seat is Rs 2.80 lakh. The fee for NRIs is Rs 23.50 lakhs

If i am not wrong you mean to ask how much you should score to get a medical seat without donation,since you have not mentioned any specific category, i assume you belong to general or unreserved category , in order to get a medical seat(govt) from UR category
