you may be placed in top mncs like nestle, pepsico, HUL, ITC etc

Last year cut off for Obc candidate in Himachal Pradesh under state quota for Mbbs was 472 at Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Government Medical College, Chamba and for BDS cut off was 415 at HP government dental college.
So going by previous years cut off you can expect

Last year cut off for Obc candidate in self financing colleges of TN under management quota was 98 at Karpagam Faculty of Medical Sciences and Research, Coimbatore (Telugu Minority) and under govt seats was 335 at Tagore Medical College and Hospital, Chennai.
So going by previous years cut

Hi dear,

Last year cut off for BC category under state quota for Coimbatore Medical college was 425. So going by previous years cut off you can expect to get a seat at 496. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.

Sorry you can't be able to get admission in any government medical College in West Bengal with this rank not even if you belongs to ST Category. You had to score atleast 400 marks for government medical College and dental college in West Bengal.
