Sorry to tell you but with this Score in NEET you will not get any Government medical colleges Even if you are from ST Quota because Cuttoff for SC/ST Category student for getting any Govt. medical colleges under 85% State quota is minimum 460+ Marks so,don't worry about it try next year,dont loose hope dear.
