Yes you can appear in NEET 2020 if you don't get the college of your choice this year. But need not to leave your hard earned seat for doing the preparations again.

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With SC category and 399 marks, you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state tgrough state quota.

With OBC category and 120, you have cleared the cutoff for NEET 2019 and hence you are eligible for counselling process which will be starting soon.

25 percentage of your IPE total marks in group subjects(Maths, physics, chemistry, physics lab,chemistry lab) are taken into account while calculating your rank. The rest 75 percentage of marks are taken from your apeamcet main exam.
