Before anything could be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a chance to get into a good college. If you want a decent level college you should have achieved a score of 500+ as an UR candidate. But you can try the college predictor for further information about colleges:

I also belong to EWS quota and as per govt there are reserved seats for that too.can u plz help me if i should use my OSC category certificate or EWS certificate as i can go for only one category

You should go with the OBC category certificate as it has more reservation than the EWS category. But make sure you lie in the Non-Creamy layer.
