I think you have forgot to mention the college name where you want to pursue b.sc nursing.
In General for for private college it needs 3-4 lakh total to pursue bsc nursing. and for government college it needs really less compare to private. around 1 lakh including hostel

faculties
laboratory
equipment
practicals
results
placements
infrastructure; etc
