You need an affidavit in the format as per College rules signed by you and countersigned by your parent / guardian in the presence of Notary Public on a stamp paper in case of domicile changes.

Also Information and affidavit and judicial stamp of Rs.100/- to be filled

Hi, 

A good government college require a higher score. The higher, the better. Wait for the counselling to begin to check if you are getting what you want or not. By the time check previous year's cut off for different college's, especially last round counselling. We can't say with 100%

Hello.  NEET counselling 2019 will be conducted for the 15% of the total seats of all the government colleges (except for colleges of Jammu and Kashmir state) also known as 15% All India Quota seats, all the seats of Central and Deemed Universities, seats reserved for Wards of Insured Persons

You haven't mentioned your category and your state of domicile
400 marks will not fetch a seat in government medical college  if you are from general category but if you are from sc or st category you hold a chance to get a seat in government
