You didn't mention your category here. So I'm considering it to be unreserved category. And yes you have fair chances of getting admission in private medical colleges under the state quota. Here are few colleges with low fee structures.

By now you would have already been allocated a college in the first round of counselling.
As fara s state quota counselling is concerned, you might be allocated Patna medical college and hospital with such good marks and that great rank.

Yes, you have chances of getting a medical seat in Apollo medical college in hyderabad ,if you have secured 118 and it is showing 116 because this year approx 4,500 seats will be added in mbbs this year ;that gets you more secure in getting admission in this
