Dear Deepika, in 2018, under State Quota, 256 marks secured a seat in PSG Institute of Medical Sciences under SC Category. Now that is 2018 data.  Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam,

Hello,

The cut off marks for Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai Tamil Nadu was 459 for general category under state quota and 576 marks for general category under All India Quota counselling. If you are applying for this college under state quota counselling then you have good chances of admission.

With 478 marks, chances seem to be less of getting a seat in government medical colleges. You can try to get admission in private medical colleges.

Congratulations for your result.Sorry to inform you that eventhough you have performed very well but I have checked last year cut off at 507 you are not able to clear any Medical college cut off but do not loose hope and try looking out cut off this year.

See as per your Marks-570 it is not difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. 

Some of the low-cost private colleges are

1.Terna Medical College, Navi Mumbai The fees is around 32 lakhs
