Yes you can get a seat if you are able to provide all the documents. You have not a too bad score. You can get a seat in private colleges for sure. Getting a seat in any government college is difficult. You have not mentioned your domicile state

Karnataka is the only state which allows non residents to take part in the counselling process.
As you mentioned with 55k rank, your chances of getting a decent government college in Karnataka  are quite high.

As you mentioned with 19500 rank, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible as previous year cutoff was 1400 rank for general.
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
