You are not a resident of south Indian states. So you can get a seat through All India Quota in these states in case of government colleges. In private colleges, you have more chances to get a seat based on your NEET score.

According to your marks and obc category you must have rank above 9k or 8k under quota rank.

Try for state quota... You will definitely get a govt mbbs seat. Cant say anything about All India quota though..
