Sir I got 448 marks in neet 2019 in Karnataka. But my air rank is 85000 can I get a govt medical college?

I really don't want you to lose heart but your rank if very high for getting a good government college seat. I can't say it's impossible. In the mop up round there might be some chance but seeing the current scores and respective ranks, it may fall short. Wait for the counselling and let's see what rank ranges college's will offer.
