The chances of getting a government seat with 350 marks are very low, as most government colleges require at lease 500+ marks, even considering your category and state quota.

hi sir i have got 109338 rank in NEET 2019 and i belongs to (ST) Telangana can i have a chance to get seat in govt medical college?

No you can't able to get admission in any government medical College with this rank even if you belong to ST Category. You need to get atleast 2 lakh rank for government college. 

I suggest you to start your preparation for next year for government college because it's not worth

As per your rank, you might have chances to get a seat in dental colleges of Telangana. Chances of getting admission in medical colleges is less.

Yes, you can surely get government medical seats according to your marks through both 15%all india quota and 85%state management quota.

But, if you are aiming for only UP colleges, then the chances are high according to the previous year merit list.There were many students with 548 marks

Unfortunately, you have very bleak chances of getting a government seat with your score, even taking in your category. Most government colleges don't accept scores less than 500, even considering the state quota application. We suggest you look into private medical colleges of your choice.
