No you can't able to get admission in any government medical College with this rank even if you belong to ST Category. You need to get atleast 2 lakh rank for government college.
I suggest you to start your preparation for next year for government college because it's not worth

As per your rank, you might have chances to get a seat in dental colleges of Telangana. Chances of getting admission in medical colleges is less.
