Hello, 

While filling up the registration form for All India Quota or State Quota counselling you can mention that you belong to SC category and then during document verification you can get all your caste related documents verified. I assume you have done this mistake in your NEET application form

As you mentioned,that you come under obc category but didn't mentioned whether you are domicile of telangana or not ;so I'll consider both the scenarios .

Under state quota,according to last year's cutoff ;obc category needs to score atleast 400 marks.

Your marks are decent but very less to get to you any seat in government colleges through all India counselling. Every year the cut-off changes so much things depends on the same. For getting admission in medical line you at least need marks range more than 340 for
