Dear aspirant, if you have cleared your exam with the minimum required percentile then you can appear for counseling but be clear that it doesn't mean that you will get the seat in college.

I think you might not get govt medical college. It also depends on your domicile state.
State quota cut off is generally low than all india quota cut off as it depends on top neet score of that particular state. So you might get college in your domicile state
