According to the latest law been passed, all the exams and counselling process will have 10% reservation for EWS category students from general category.

Be it central counselling or state quota counselling, this law is applicable everywhere and benefits can be taken in all the counselling processes.

Different states have different criteria for considering a student for state quota seats and domicile.

Some states wants you to be a permanent resident while some wants you to have completed your 10th and 12th from the particular state.
