If I consider previous years records, then the chances are mild to get admission in any of the government medical colleges. Your marks are quite low to procure seat in any government colleges, but you can try for private medical colleges.

Since you belong from maharashtra, you may apply for a seat under state Quota. 

As you are willing to pay around 20 lac per annum, there are good chances that you will get a seat I'm a MBBS college.
