It is difficult to tell you that you will get a government college because cut off varies from year to year depending on category home state etc 

However 550+ is a score to get a seat in good government college and you are far away from that mark

As you are willing to pay around 20 lac per annum, there are good chances that you will get a seat I'm a MBBS college.
