According to NEET UG 2018 counselling, you have to score accordingly to secure a seat in government medical college. For this year the rank secured by the General Candidates to get an admission in Medical colleges is 8281, whereas the marks secured by the candidates is 546 out of 720.

You score is decent so you have chances of getting a government medical College in state quota. Some of the good colleges you can get

Sri Vasant Rao naik government medical College Yavatmal. Previous year cutoff was  400.
